In Tensta Konsthall Front created an environment that changes with time. The interior design is inspired by the fact that most designs change with time; the surfaces get old and scratched, things are moved around or some of the objects get replaced. We saw this as an opportunity and created an interior with a built in change.

The floor changes gradually by the visitors. All the visitors contribute to the change, as their steps will gradually tear off all the grey and show an underlying patterned golden floor. The golden paths on the floor are eventually revealing how people move around in the art gallery.
