In Tensta Konsthall Front created an environment that changes with time. The interior design is inspired by the fact that most designs change with time; the surfaces get old and scratched, things are moved around or some of the objects get replaced. We saw this as an opportunity and created an interior with a built in change.

The gallery space is extended to the area outside with stripes of street paint normally used for crossroads, tinted in the same colour as the gallery floor. The outside area is filled with hundreds of white plastic chairs - the most common chair in the world, having no known designer, and costing only 2 Euro. Each chair is engraved "Tensta Konsthall "with a heat stamp. The chairs are free to take so they will be spread out in the surroundings to allow more places to sit, while at the same time work as a reminder of the gallery. The green plants from inside are extended to the outside wall with green plastic plants, they reach out of the gallery and bloom all year around.
